I am an avid Monsters listener from Minnesota. I listen to all of the 104.1 talk shows during the day. I heard you talking this morning about classic cars and to send in photos. My husband and I have 2 classic cars, a 1946 Chevy Pickup, painted and decked out with Arizona State graphics (we are alumni) and a 1938 Chevy Master Deluxe. The 1938 doesn’t run yet but it only had one owner and it is all original. It will be left that way except for a black paint job or clear coat.

This is a picture of our Slant 6 roadster. It is supposed to emulate the old 50’s track dirt racers. My husband built it from the ground up. We drove it in 2011 on the Power Tour from Cocoa Beach to Detroit, MI. No top no doors. We were 62 years young then.

This is 1988 jeep yj with a 4 inch lift, completely restored. The dash was redone to look like a cj7 but with all auto meter gages. It has a 1994 Ford Mustang motor but carbureted and a Ford aod transmission. Also has a 1995 Ford Explorer rear end. Had to change the stock one because it kept breaking with the torque. By the way I built this for the wife. Lots of fun man.

This is my 2006 Huntington Ridge Motors Elise. The car has approx 260 hp and only weighs 1800 lbs. There is a lot of carbon fiber to reduce the weight. This car will move quickly.

Here is my weekend ride. A 1962 Studebaker GT Hawk with the factory Studebaker 289cid V8, 220hp, Borg Warner 4 speed manual and a Dana 44 rear with a 3.31 gear. A stock and rust free one-owner car that I just bought from Oklahoma and had shipped to Florida.
