Sunlife Grocery and Orlando City Foundation Celebrate Addition Of Freezers to Parramore-Area Grocery Store
Orlando City Foundation raised funds and awareness to help bring healthy food choices to one of Orlando's food deserts.
A food desert is an area where affordable healthy food is difficult to obtain, particularly for those without access to an automobile. Food deserts are most likely to be found amid low-income communities.
